Magic: The Gathering Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Prerelease (Friday, 2/27, 6:00 PM)

$29 entry.  22 player max.  Each player will receive one prerelease kit to build a 40 card minimum deck out of.  We will provide additional lands.  Rounds will be best of 1, 1 free mulligan, 30 minutes, swiss pairing, and a maximum of 4 rounds.  Each player who finishes the tournament, you will receive 2 additional TMNT Play Booster Packs.
