Preorder Guidelines

For all of our preorder items, we will be handling the process a little bit differently. We will have items listed as $0 that have "(Preorder Request)" in their title. The actual price we will be charging will be listed in the item description. We will also have the final distributor preorder due date listed in the item description. We recommend submitting your preorder with us before that distributor due date. That helps us have an understanding on how much to preorder and gives our customers the best chance on us being allocated enough to fulfill orders. We will have those preorder request items available until we receive our last allocation from our distributors. Our distributors give us allocations at a lot of varying times. Some distributors give us allocations a month before release, others give it a week and a half before release. Please be patient with us. We do not get any information on when we will actually know all of our allocations. We just get an email whenever the distributors feel like it. Once we have allocations, we will reach out via email to people who turned in their preorder request with an updated invoice for the items that we could allocate to them. We will attempt to fulfill orders based on who turned in their preorder requests first. For any orders we can not fulfill, we will cancel the preorder request order. We do want to let everyone know, if you turn in a preorder request and cancel it after the distributor preorder date, we will take that into consideration for future preorders and you might lose priority for fulfillment.
